Activated carbon:Take out activated carbon from packing bag and place it into the inner side of filter cover.
Align hole on top edge of filter cover with lugs on purifier cartridge and press bottom buckle until hear a "click" sound to secure it.
Filter Replacement Schedule Recommendation: It is generally recommended to replace the HEPA filter every 1 to 2 weeks, and no longer than 4 weeks. It is recommended to replace the HEPA filter based on actual working conditions. Replacement frequency will vary depending on dust concentration, exposure time, and environment. In heavy dust environments, more frequent replacement may be required. Regardless of elapsed time, if the filter becomes discolored, airflow significantly drops, or breathing resistance increases, it must be replaced immediately.
3.2 Purifier & Facepiece Connection
When installing the purifier unit, always follow the designated bayonet direction to ensure proper installation and sealing.
Hold respirator and purifier cartridge with both hands, align "JK2L" (on top cover) with "Unlock" (above intake port), and press firmly.
Rotate the purifier cartridge clockwise as indicated by arrow until "JK2L" reaches the "Lock".
To uninstall the purifier cartridge, rotate it counterclockwise until "JK2L" aligns with the "Unlock", then remove the purifier cartridge.
To ensure optimal airflow efficiency, this system is shipped without pre-installed inhalation flaps on the internal valve seats. If your workplace safety protocol requires it or if you wish to reduce the intake volume, you can manually install the optional inhalation valve flaps onto the internal seats.
3.3 Donning & Fit Adjustment
Do not use this product if facial hair, a beard, or any other condition prevents a tight seal between the face and the respirator sealing surface.
Place head cradle at back of head. Pull strap downward and backward to ensure respirator fully covers your mouth and nose.
Pull lower strap to back of neck, secure it with buckle, and adjust tension for optimal seal and visibility. Repeat if necessary.
Tighten lower strap to adjust upper tension, ensuring both side straps are evenly tightened. Adjust respirator position for comfort.
Before donning the system and entering any work area, users must conduct the following pre-use inspection. Do not use the respirator if any parts are missing or if it fails the inspection.
l Visual Integrity Check: Carefully inspect the half facepiece, purifier unit, Type-C dust plug, and filter cover. Ensure there are no cracks, tears, dirt, or missing components.
l Material Aging Check: Check the facepiece, especially the silicone sealing face-seal edge. Ensure the material remains soft and free of deformation. Do not use if the silicone is stiff, hardened, or cracked.
l Valve Function Check: Inspect inhalation and exhalation valve flaps for warping, cracking, or tearing. Gently lift the flaps to ensure the valve seats underneath are clean and free of dust build-up.
l Structure and Filter Verification: Ensure the head harness has good elasticity and no breaks, and that the connection gasket is properly installed and undamaged. Confirm that the H13 HEPA filter is sealed in the rectangular slot (pull tab facing outward) and that the filter cover is clicked and locked firmly.
Power and Battery Test: Press the control button to test turning on the device. Confirm the micro-fan runs smoothly without unusual noises or burning smells. Observe battery status: if the unit immediately emits 3 short beeps and flashes a red light upon turning on, the battery is critically low. Fully charge it before use.
The blower unit utilizes a single-button cyclic control. The operation logic, indicator lights, and audio alerts are detailed below:
5.1 Fan Speed Adjustment
Power On / Turbo wind Mode: Indicator light shows Blue, accompanied by 1 short beep.
Strong wind Mode: Indicator light shows Yellow, accompanied by 2 short beeps.
Power Off: Indicator light flashes White twice, accompanied by 1 long beep.
Note: While the fan is operating, a chasing light pattern will display the current fan speed setting every 5 minutes.
Control Cycle: Each single press of the control button cycles through the settings sequentially: Turbo wind > Strong wind > Power Off.
5.2 Auxiliary Lighting Mode
Turn On / Off Light: Under any operating status, press and hold the control button for 3 seconds to turn the auxiliary lighting function on or off.
5.3 Low Battery Warning
When the battery power is nearly exhausted, the purifier unit will trigger a safety alarm: it will emit 3 continuous short beeps and simultaneously flash the Red light 3 times. This alert sequence will repeat every 2 minutes.
6.1 Safe Charging Operations
Power Specifications: The charging input specification for this product is DC 5V / 1A. Use the factory-supplied charging cable or charging equipment that strictly meets USB DC 5V output requirements. Do not use damaged, modified, or unauthorized charging equipment. Supplying voltage exceeding specifications may shorten battery life or damage internal control circuitry.
Operation Method: Open the dust-proof silicone plug of the Type-C port and insert the charging connector. Do not use excessive force when plugging or unplugging to prevent damage to the internal structure.
Charging Environment Limits: Charge the battery in a dry, well-ventilated environment within a temperature range of 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F). Do not charge in high temperature, high humidity, direct sunlight, or near heat/fire sources. Keep away from flammable or explosive materials during charging.
Abnormal Emergency Handling: If the charging process interrupts abnormally, or if the unit generates excessive heat, emits an odor, smokes, or the housing swells/deforms, immediately disconnect the power source and stop charging.
6.2 Charging Indicators
During charging, the front indicator light will operate in a breathing flash mode, incrementally displaying colors based on the current charging progress:
Red (Level 1 Charge) > Yellow (Level 2 Charge) > Blue (Level 3 Charge) > Green (Level 4 Full Charge).
Charging Complete: When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will stop flashing and remain Solid Green, accompanied by 1 long beep. The charging cable can then be safely unplugged.
6.3 Long-Term Storage Maintenance
The purifier unit contains a non-removable lithium polymer battery. Disassembling, puncturing, impacting, or altering it is strictly prohibited. Do not expose it to excessive heat, moisture, or direct sunlight.
Fully charge the battery before first use. If the device is scheduled for long-term storage, it must be fully charged prior to storage and subsequently recharged every 2 to 3 months to prevent the battery from locking up or deteriorating due to excessive self-discharge.
6.4 Battery Recycling
At the end of this product's lifespan, dispose of the device body and its built-in lithium battery in accordance with local environmental regulations.
Strict Prohibition: Never dispose of the purifier unit in regular household waste or incinerate it. Contact your local recycling center, environmental protection agency, or authorized facility for professional recycling to conserve natural resources and prevent chemical leakage.
7.1 Purifier Unit Restrictions
Before wiping down the outer housing, you must ensure that the Type-C USB charging port dust-proof silicone plug is fully pressed in and tightly sealed. Moisture, liquid, industrial dust, or metal shavings entering the internal casing due to an unsealed dust plug will be deemed user negligence and voids the warranty.
Prohibited Actions:
The purifier unit and battery are NOT waterproof. Never immerse the host unit in water or any liquid, and do not allow liquids to flow into the air inlets or outlets.
NEVER use compressed air gun to clean the interior of the fan, charging port, or buttons. The high-pressure airflow will force dust or moisture into the core electronics and damage the fan blades.
NEVER use a vacuum cleaner or compressed air gun to clean the HEPA filter for reuse. This destroys the microfiber matrix structure and severely degrades respiratory protection performance.
Correct Cleaning Method: Use a soft cloth dipped in a mixture of clean water and mild neutral detergent (recommended pH neutral, fragrance-free, dye-free), wring it out until slightly damp, and carefully wipe the outer housing. Ensure all electrical contact areas and the main body are completely dry after wiping.
No Organic Solvents: Do not use toluene, paint thinners, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners, as these chemicals can weaken, deform, or crack the plastic housing structure and accelerate component aging.
7.2 Filter Hygiene Protocol
When replacing with a new H13 HEPA filter, clean out any dust accumulated in the surrounding retention slot of the purifier body first. This prevents debris from falling into the internal air channel and causing secondary contamination.
7.3 Facepiece Washing Procedure
Pre-Disassembly: Before washing the half facepiece, the blower/purifier unit and filter elements must be detached (the blower unit and filters are strictly non-washable). If necessary, carefully remove the inhalation/exhalation valve flaps, head harness assembly, and connection gasket. Do not attempt to disassemble other fixed parts.
Washing and Drying: Immerse the washable facepiece parts in warm water not exceeding 60°C (140°F) mixed with a neutral detergent. Clean gently with a soft bristle brush. Thoroughly rinse all components with clean water to completely remove any residual chemical detergent. Allow the parts to air dry completely in a cool, clean environment away from contaminants.
7.4 Storage Specifications
No Direct Storage: Do not place an uncleaned blower unit directly into a storage bag or toolbox. Complete the exterior cleaning before packing to avoid residual dust circulating inside the container and settling into the blower core.
Environmental Parameters: The facepiece and purifier unit must be stored away from particulates, chemicals, and direct sunlight.
Storage Temperature Range: -20°C to 40°C (-4°F to 104°F)
Storage Relative Humidity: < 80%
Deformation Prevention: When storing the facepiece, lay it flat. Heavy objects must not be stacked on top of it. Avoid placing any stress, compression, or twisting on the facepiece body (especially the face-seal cushion), otherwise irreversible damage and shape deformation will occur.
Shelf Life: Under compliant standard storage conditions, the facepiece has an un-opened shelf life of 5 years.
